The Sauce Code

Born from drunken nights at a local Ehthiopian bar, the inspiration for Thaxxx hot sauce came from an unlikely place. A quizzo host known only as "JB", would share his homemade concoction of hot sauce with a young, handsome, and intrigued Michael Thackray. It was in that moment that Michael thought to himself, "I can do that."

Searching for a smoother sauce and a bolder flavor, Michael began growing different pepper combinations and experimenting with new vinegar and sugar ratios.

After three years of positive feedback, the biggest batch of Thaxxx yet will be here this September!
